Striking a similar vein to Ben’s multi award-winning Red Bull Kaleidoscope film, both B&Q adverts feature kinetic sets and plenty of camera trickery, with no additional special effects.

What we have made here is a very elegant solution to showing the helpfulness of B&Q colleagues and they’ve come out looking great. Some genuine heroes in these ads. Ben Scott of RSA has turned the scripts from complexity to beautifully choreographed pieces that really show off the willingness, dedication and expertise of B&Q colleagues in a way that is a joy to watch.”

CANNES LION GOLD - AICP 2016 winner - D&AD PENCIL Creative circle gold & silver
Kaleidoscope shone brightly during Awards season, with Ben's debut as a director picking up a Gold Lion in Cannes for Visual Storytelling in sports entertainment, hot on the heels of wins at the AICP in New York for Production Design, a Wooden Pencil at D&AD for Branded Entertainment and two Creative Circle awards, Gold for Branded Entertainment and Silver for Production Design.
